Welcome to Hexa Shift - Logic Puzzle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hexa Shift mobile application and related services provided by SayGames Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account, followers, username, or any account rights.

2. Virtual Items and Purchases

The Service may include virtual currency or items. These virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for legal currency. All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time, with or without notice to you.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
• Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SayGames Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SayGames Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
